Here's the Dish

I love protein shakes because I feel like I’m having a milkshake!  I like my shakes so thick that I have to eat them with a spoon, and sometimes I even add toppings. Protein shakes are an easy healthy breakfast that is ready in five minutes or less. They are delicious and I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t like the creamy “milkshake-like” texture of my protein shakes. Check out my how-to video located on the right!
The ingredients store well and you can “shake” up the flavor anytime by using different fruits, cocoa powder, and flavored extracts. It’s also a great way to get your protein, while satisfying your craving for a dessert.
In all of my shakes I use DESIGNER WHEY 100% Premium Whey Protein Powder! It tastes awesome, is affordable,  and is 100% natural!
Peanut Butter Maple Shake (These ingredients added to base)
  • A few drops maple extract
  • 2 tbs peanut flour OR 1 tbs regular peanut butter
  • Optional: 2 tbs sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
